#7 Playing for two relegated sides in the same season

George Boyd started the 2014/15 season with Hull City, before shifting to the Burnley on deadline day. The winger’s first season at Burnley did not go according to plan, as the Clarets were relegated at the end of the season.
Joining him in the second division were his previous club, Hull City as they could not manage to save themselves from going straight back to the Championship.
This list includes Steve Kabba (Sheffield United and Watford during the 2006/07 season), David Nugent (Burnley and Portsmouth in the 2009/10 season) and Mark Robins (Norwich and Leicester during the 1994/95 campaign) as the three other players to have been relegated twice in the same season.
#6 The tale of Davids and James

In the 2010/11 season, the most commom names to appear for Premier League clubs were David and James. There were 14 different players having David in their name, while James wasn't far behind on 11.
However, it was the first time since the inception of the Premier League that former English shotstopper, David James did not appear.
Relegated at the end of the previous season with Portsmouth, the then 39-year old keeper decided to join Championship side Bristol City at the start of the 2010/11 season.
