#5 Most goals in a month

The record for most goals (10) in a calendar month is held by former Liverpool hitman Luis Suarez .
During 2013/14 season, Luis Suarez then of Liverpool was a big factor in the near-title assault, as the Merseyside club finished second, and the striker's 31 goals that season made him the golden boot winner.
During that season, the Uruguayan broke the record for the most goals in a calender month, as he smashed 10 goals in the month of December. Suarez started the month by scoring 4 against his favourite bunny, Norwich City followed by three consecutive braces against West Ham, Tottenham and Cardiff.
#4 Longest duration between two Premier League appearances

Veteran Crystal Palace defender, Damien Delaney holds the record for the longest duration between two Premier League appearances - a mere 11 years.
During the 2001/02 season, Delaney then of Leicester City, managed to make a handful of appearances as the Foxes finished rock bottom in the league.
That was to be the last time Delaney would play in the England’s top division for quite a while. In the Meantime, he managed to carve out a reputation for himself as a reliable defender in the Championship.
Finally, Delaney got his big break in 2013 when newly promoted Crystal Palace came calling for his signature. It was a big compliment to his hard work, as he played 37 times in the following Premier League, even scoring in the famous 3-3 draw with Liverpool.
