#1 Scoring at the both ends and assisting all in the same game

Only three players in Premier League history have managed to put their names on this illustrious list.
Heading the list is current Manchester United legend Wayne Rooney. During the 2012/13 season, in a game between Manchester United and Stoke City, Wayne Rooney opened the scoring for the Potters, as he headed into his own net. Rooney redeemed himself with a brace at the right end and later also assisted Danny Welbeck.
A month later, Welshman Gareth Bale joined Rooney on the list, as he assisted Aaron Lennon before scoring a beautiful 25-yard free kick himself against Liverpool. With Liverpool piling on the pressure, the former Spurs player then headed the ball into his own net from a corner.
However, it was an ex-Bolton star Kevin Davies who appeared first on this list. During the 2008/09 season, in a match against Aston Villa, Davies headed the ball into the net, at both the correct, as well as wrong end. He also setup Johan Elamander’s opener in a clash which they ultimately lost 4-2.
