#8 Kyle Walker
Walker is a solid Premier League player who perfectly slots into Pep Guardiola's philosophy. He excels going forward, and his pace allows him to quickly apply pressure on the opposition team.
Walker is however somewhat of a liability defensively, and he is nowhere near the best fullbacks in world football. The fact that Manchester City were willing to pay £50 million on the player shows the inflation of today's transfer market.
#7 Jack Wilshere
The midfielder was deemed surplus to requirements by Arsenal aged 26 and Wilshere's career now looks to be in permanent decline. Much of this can be attributed to a series of unfortunate injuries that the player suffered, as he genuinely looked to be a future star back in the 2010/11 season.
The West Ham midfielder is rarely able to influence the games he plays in, and despite playing in the Premier League for nearly 10 years, his best position is still unclear. The ex-gunner still has time to turn it around, however, at the current time, he looks to be a shell of his former self.
