#4. Cesc Fabregas – 100
Cesc Fabregas is one of the most controversial footballers of our time but there is no denying his talent. He was given his debut at Arsenal by Wenger at the tender age of 16. He has only gone from strength to strength since then and has become renowned for his passing ability.
The Spaniard forced a move to Barcelona after going on strike and refusing to train but it did not quite work out for him in Spain. He returned to England in a controversial move to Arsenal’s London rivals Chelsea and won his first Premier League title with the club,
Fabregas’ strongest asset is his ability to provide an inch-perfect pass from a deep playmaker role. He did it several times for Chelsea during their title-winning season with Diego Costa getting on the end of most of his passes.
Although he has received limited game time this season he could still surpass the next two players on this list.
