#3 Kevin De Bruyne: -€10M
Kevin De Bruyne is considered by many to be the best midfielder in the Premier League at the moment. Such has been the performance of the Belgian that his name has been lobbied for the biggest individual reward in the game.
De Bruyne earned a place in the IFFHS men's world XI of 2021 despite not being at his best. With so much time left on his existing contract, it may surprise few to see the Belgian's valuation decrease.
While De Bruyne has stayed injury-free in the Premier League this season barring a COVID infection, he hasn't been up to his high standards. He has made 19 appearances already, but his game time of 1173 minutes has not been that high.
De Bruyne has also scored just five goals and made only one assist, which is poor by his standards. The relative off-form that Kevin De Bruyne finds himself in is perhaps the reason why his market valuation has now been reduced to €90 million.

#2 Harry Kane: -€20M
Harry Kane is one of the most high-profile names in the Premier League who has played well below his usual standards. The summer of 2021 linked Kane with a move to Manchester City and while Kane made his intentions clear, he was not allowed to leave.
It may have affected his morale as footballers often perform poorly if kept at a club against their will. Kane has been unable to produce performances that match his usual standards.
Nine goals and two assists may not seem that bad a return from 22 appearances. However, it is being skewed by Kane's performances in the Conference League, where the level of opponents is relatively low. Kane has struggled massively with just two goals in 14 matches in the Premier League.
His valuation has been reduced to €100 million, and it now remains to be seen if his suitors will still want his services in the next summer.
#1 Jack Grealish: -€20M
When Manchester City triggered the £100 million release clause for Jack Grealish, they were paying well above his market valuation back then. To justify his transfer fee, Grealish would have had to perform in extraordinary fashion, which is even harder to do in a world-class squad.
Jack Grealish has not been bad, but his valuation was always expected to come down given the inflation it received after his transfer.
In the current season, Grealish has now played 20 games and made six goal contributions. While Manchester City have such players who can cover the poor performances of an individual, the expectations on Grealish will certainly be more.
Manchester City fans will certainly hope to see the Englishman hitting the same form that made him the most important player for Aston Villa.
