The draw for the quarterfinals of the 2011/12 German Cup (DFB Pokal) were carried out tonight after the ARDs Live coverage of the Dortmund vs Hannover match. World Cup winner Olaf Thon did the honour of pulling out the quarterfinal fixtures.And former Schalke and Bayern Munich star Olaf Thon did pull out a rematch of last season’s final in which runners-up FC Bayern Munich host defending champions Borussia Dortmund at the Allianz Arena in Munich.
In other matches, FSV Mainz 05 face SC Freiburg in the only Bundesliga match-up, while VfB Stuttgart host 2.Bundesliga side VfL Bochum, while 3.Liga Kickers Offenbach host Bundesliga side VfL Wolfsburg.
