2013 SAFF Championship: Opener preponed by a day, two stadiums to host tournament

There has been a change in the schedule of the upcoming 2013 South Asian Football Federation Championship (SAFF Cup) in Kathmandu, Nepal with the tournament now set to kick-off on August 31 instead of September 1 with hosts Nepal taking on Bangladesh a day earlier then originally planned.Further the tournament would not be played at only one venue, the Dashrath Stadium due to prevalent monsoon weather. On days when there are two matches in the group stage, one match would be played at the Dashrath Stadium while the other at the Halchowk Stadium.
