With him being a defensive rock at the back and also available without any injury concerns, he is surely a player Manchester United should try and sign no matter what, owing to what he offers in terms of defensive capabilities.
Valued at £45 million, he would be a steal for any club and would help solve United's defensive problems for the next decade.
