Ozil could also think about returning home to play for Bayern. He has been pursuing his club career outside Germany for almost a decade now and it might not be a bad idea for him to return home.

Moreover, both Bayern’s wingers, Arjen Robben and Franck Ribery, are ageing, and are not going to remain at Bayern for too long. Ozil could be a replacement for them and might even go on to finish his career at Bayern, should he decide to go there.
