The in revival Italian club Inter Milan under Antonio Conte is making their motives clear as they head into the second half of the season. Inter are currently on top of the Serie A with 45 points after 18 matchdays, level with Juventus and ahead of them on goal difference. Inter Milan have been consistently active in the transfer market over the past few seasons to make the club reach it's glorious status once again. All they lacked was a good coach and Antonio Conte has filled in comfortably and has done a great job in his first 6 months at the club.

The club lacks a traditional number 10 in the squad and Eriksen is just the player they need to fill that void in the squad. As per many sections of the media, Inter is the most interested club in the signature of the Danish international this winter and they might very well get his signature soon should they manage to convince him of their project in Italy.
