#2 Angel Di Maria
Lack of creative players in the team has led to the failure of Manchester United to replicate the success of their predecessors. Hence, signing creative players would be a priority for Manchester United in the upcoming transfer window.
Angel Di Maria was signed by Louis van Gaal during his regime but the Argentine left the club for Paris Saint-Germain just one year after his arrival. The Argentinian just managed four goals in his Manchester United career which was considered as an under-achievement for a player of his calibre.
Di Maria has had a successful career at PSG so far and he has been in good form this season too. However, the arrival of Neymar and Kylian Mbappe may have reduced the game time of the former Real Madrid player. He may soon be deemed surplus to requirements and may look for a move elsewhere.
On the other hand, Alexis Sanchez has found it difficult to settle at Old Trafford and may leave in the summer. A comeback for Di Maria could be a good option for Manchester United to consider.
He can offer plenty of assists and can forge a successful partnership with Paul Pogba.
