#2 Lautaro Martinez
This 22-year-old Argentine striker is one of the hottest talking points of the January transfer market. He has delivered for his side Inter Milan whenever required and he is one of the driving forces behind the Milan side's surge in the Serie A. Lautaro Martínez has directly involved in 9 goals in 16 appearances for Seria A table-toppers this season. Often proclaimed as 'El Toro', Martínez started his professional football career with the Argentine club 'Racing club' and joined Inter Milan in 2018. While praising Martínez , Inter Milan's vice president and legend Javier Zenetti insisted,
“Lautaro is only 22-years-old and has exploded with a very high return in a short time. In signing him we made an investment that will pay off in the future. Barcelona are interested? We want him to stay with us. He’s only 22-years-old, I hope he stays here for a while.”
Manchester United is linked with a possible move for Martínez and they might need to splash gigantic amount of cash to sign him. However, as he is having a good rapport with the players and staff at Seria A club and Inter's current situation in the Italian League, a deal may look unlikely.
