France v Argentina: Round of 16 - 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia
Benjamin Pavard became a household name in the summer of 2018 when he played a stellar role for the France National Team that went on to win the 2018 FIFA World Cup. The Frenchman himself earned a lot of accolades for his performances and his goal against Argentina was voted as the goal of the tournament.

It was surprising that Pavard continued to be a part of the Stuttgart team at the end of the summer transfer window because he had attracted a lot of attention from the top clubs in Europe.
The Frenchman has finally decided on his next move at the start of the winter transfer window and will join the Bundesliga Champions in the summer. Pavard has signed a 5-year contract with Bayern and will be joining them on 1st July 2019. The 22-year-old has appeared 72 times for Stuttgart since joining them from Lille ahead of the 2016/17 season.
Pavard has reportedly cost Bayern around €35m, but he will be a fine addition to a team that has struggled this season.

Inspired by Diego Maradona, Deepungsu played as an attacking midfielder for his local club at subdivision level in his initial years and scored an important goal or two. However, his all-time favorite footballer is Lionel Messi, and evidently, he feels Argentina's glory in 2022 is his favorite FIFA World Cup moment for fulfilling his long-standing dream. He is also an ardent East Bengal fan.
Deepungsu has been a Manchester United supporter since the year 2000. Unsurprisingly, his favorite manager is Sir Alex Ferguson and the Scotsman helped him get through some of the toughest days of his life. Like the fiery Scot, Deepungsu also leaves no stone unturned when it comes to accuracy in articles and only relies on credible sources.
Despite believing in Kylian Mbappe and Erling Haaland to create an iconic rivalry, Deepungsu reckons no one can match the longevity of Messi and Ronaldo. He spends his leisure time writing about life on his blog, reading books, and playing the guitar.
