The champions of England were great for FPL players last year and the cards have fallen in the right place for them at the beginning of the new Premier League season. Pep Guardiola's attacking unit have arguably the best set of fixtures in the first 10 weeks of the season.
In the first 10 weeks, Manchester City play only Tottenham Hotspur from last year's top six. We could see Man City players scoring a lot of points against the likes of West Ham, Bournemouth, Brighton, Norwich, Watford, Crystal Palace and Aston Villa - all of whom the Cityzens play in the first 10 gameweeks of the season. That could mean an investment of two or maybe even three City players from your FPL team.
My top 3 Picks from Man City for the Fantasy Premier League are as follows:

#1 Raheem Sterling (£12.0M)
Manchester City's highest FPL point scoring player for back to back seasons, this England ace is a no brainer in my eyes for your FPL team. His team are the most attacking team in the country and the first 10 fixtures for Man City scream goals. Sterling's Premier League record in the last two seasons is as follows:
- 2017/2018 - 18 Goals + 17 Assists
- 2018/2019 - 17 Goals + 15 Assists
With more than 30 goal involvements in back to back seasons, Sterling is as reliable a resource as you get in FPL. And with him being 24 years of age, Sterling can only get better. He had the highest points per match last year which makes him a very reliable captain option. He also had nine double-digit hauls which also makes him very explosive. Having a complete off-season with no International commitments and a full pre-season, Sterling is all set to continue where he left off from in the coming FPL season.

#2 Kevin De Bruyne (£9.5M)
A forgotten man in the FPL world, Kevin De Bruyne had a terrible time with injuries last year. Keeping that in mind, the guys at FPL have maybe slightly underpriced him for the season. De Bruyne is back from injury and if he remains fit throughout the season, he can be an FPL asset of great value.
He has a great shot on him, is on most set pieces for City and gets assists for fun, when he is at his very best. Just to understand what kind of value he can offer, De Bruyne has 53 goal involvements (Goals +Assists) in his last two full seasons. In the same period, Sterling has 56 Aguero 52. The latter two cost £2.5M more than De Bruyne, which really shows the kind of value De Bruyne can offer.
#3 Aymeric Laporte (£6.5M)
The French defender is arguably the most nailed-on defender for a starting place in the Man City team. Having kept 20 clean sheets last season, Man City look good for heavy defensive returns at the start of the season. In addition, Laporte has a decent propensity for goals and assists as well, and is a bonus point darling.
