#3 Oscar Tabarez
The 71-year old Uruguayan coach would be a fantastic replacement. Tabarez was a school teacher, and he ended up teaching the greatest football to the Uruguayan national team. After failing to qualify for the 2006 World Cup in Germany, the Uruguayans went on to finish fourth at the grandest stage in 2010.
They also won the Copa América in 2011, and have become one of the most excellent teams in South America over the last decade. The 71 year old has been in charge for 13 years – a mammoth 149 matches, and has been pivotal to the revival of Uruguayan football. He could turn things around for Manchester United, and end their title winning drought.
