Mourinho does not back down from a good old-fashioned confrontation with his players. As a manager, part of that job description entails forming a working relationship with players especially the top ones.

The Portuguese openly criticizes his players in press conferences and singles them out for errors made. He picks a fight with some of his first-team players which is not ideal.

He has consistently been in an outspoken tussle with some team player or the other. It was him against Iker Casillas at Real Madrid, him against Luke Shaw in the last two seasons and him against Pogba so far this season. This immediately needs to be stopped.
