#3 Jadon Sancho
It is never easy for a young 17-year old to take a bold step by moving to a different country in search of first team action. Jadon Sancho did exactly that, moving from the blue side of Manchester managed by the brilliant Pep Guardiola, to the unsettled Dortmund last year.
The young winger has been in terrific form for Die Borussen, making 7 assists and scoring a goal in 10 appearances for BVB, with 7 of those being from the bench.
The youngster is now the leading assist maker in the top 5 leagues in Europe, and is also the first player since Owen Hargreaves to make his debut for England without making a first team appearance in England.
The winger who is now being called the English wonder kid, and the Neymar of England, was part of the U17 English side that won the U17 World Cup in India last year.
