Real Madrid host city rivals Atletico Madrid in the first Madrid derby without Los Blancos legend Cristiano Ronaldo on Saturday.

Real Madrid suffered their first defeat of the season as they were beaten by Sevilla 3-0 in their last LaLiga fixture, it has been the most shocking result of the season so far. And there won't be a much better match than this one to make a comeback to winning ways.

Atletico on the other hand had a shaky start to their season, but have managed to climb up to fifth in the standings. They would like Diego Costa to step up and really get onto the score-sheet. He has been wasteful in front of goal so far.

Stakes are really high for both clubs, as is always the case in the Madrid derby. It will be an acid test for Julen Lopetegui, who will need to make sure Real bounce back after the Sevilla defeat, or be ready to face the music.
