#2 Danny Welbeck
Danny Welbeck was rumoured to be leaving the club in the summer, however, he managed to remain. There were reportedly various Turkish clubs interested in his signature but nothing materialised in the end.
This means that he got a taste of life under Unai Emery, and you can't say it hasn't been fruitful for him. By Welbeck's standards, this start to the season is a very positive one. He has been on the scoresheet a couple of times from the bench, while also impressing whenever he has started in the Europa League and Carabao Cup.
However, like Aaron Ramsey, Welbeck's current contract runs out in the summer. This is partly why Arsenal were open to offers in the last transfer window.
While talks aren't necessarily ruled out like they are with Ramsey, Welbeck will feel reluctant to sign given his position in the squad. Understandably he has a hard time getting in the starting eleven ahead of Aubameyang and Lacazette, and ageing at 27, game time has never been more important.
