Midfielder Isco has long been linked with a move away from Los Blancos after having fallen out of favour under Santiago Solari, despite the fact that the team is marred by injuries and is now without Cristiano Ronaldo.

The playmaker himself has not been in the best form, resulting in his appearances for Real Madrid to be reduced to the bench.

The Spain international has only started twice in 16 games for the club so far this season, despite being trusted enough with a start in the last two Champions League finals.

The playmaker has been linked with English clubs Chelsea and Arsenal, although the former is unlikely to spend after signing Christian Pulisic and the latter has already admitted to a lack of funds this transfer window.

Reigning Premier League champions Manchester City have been long-time admirers of the Spaniard but recent reports indicate they are keeping the move in the drawer at the moment.

Considering his lack of play-time and the fans' discontent with the man (read: booing during games), Isco looks to be well on his way out of the club this summer.
