#2 Kevin de Bruyne
The Belgian international enjoyed a stunner 2017-2018 season and if it wasn't for Mohamed Salah's brilliant performances, KDB deserved the PFA Player of the Season 2018 award.
He was the vital cog of Manchester City's outstanding performances in the 2017-2018 season, scoring eight goals and assisting further 16. He was Manchester City's Player of the Season and was also a part of the Champions League Team of the Season 2017-2018.
His performances in the FIFA World Cup also got a lot of plaudits and he was included in the FIFA World Cup Dream team. He scored one goal and assisted two others at the World Cup as well.
Manchester City's playmaker is a part of the FIFPro XI 2nd team but in my personal opinion, he deserved to be in the 1st team instead of his Belgium teammate, Eden Hazar.
