Chelsea and Borussia Dortmund have had some positive transfer business going on in the last few seasons. Not only did Chelsea sign Christian Pulisic from the BVB, but they also loaned out their own Michy Batshuayi, who was a real cult hero during his time at the Signal Iduna Park.

Chelsea sit in fourth place of the Premier League table and it's down to the work of Frank Lampard. There were times this season where critics doubted he was the man for the job but one thing is for sure, Lampard has ensured that a new dynamic has been added to the club that wasn't there beforehand - trust in the youth.

For many years, Stamford Bridge has been known to neglect young talents and send them on continous loan spells but Lampard has identified this problem and is dealing with it. The likes of Tammy Abraham, Reece James and Mason Mount have all benefited from his work with youth this season so should Jadon Sancho choose Chelsea, he would be in safe hands.
