#2. Marco Asensio
When Cristiano Ronaldo decided to quit his Real Madrid career to complete a famous transfer to Juventus this summer, many suggested it was a great chance for Los Blancos youngster Marco Asensio to step out of the Portuguese shadow and become a superstar at Santiago Bernabeu.
However, Asensio has failed to convince with his performances ever since then, recording just one goal for the European champions across all competitions despite featuring in a whopping 10 games so far this season.
After failing to find the back of the net in each of their last 3 matches, it is quite evident that Real Madrid need their attackers to start firing in front of goal and Marco Asensio must also step up and take an active part in the goalscoring responsibilities.
