#1 Fighting Spirit

When his team scorers, he cheers. When his team is at a disadvantage, he leads by example and never gives up. This is the kind of fighting spirit that the Gunners need on their team. In Wenger's last few years in-charge, Arsenal succumbed easily to pressure whenever they went a goal down. It was hard to see the Gunners secure a comeback under Wenger largely because of the lack of fighting spirit.
The North Londoners are now a changed side. Even if they concede first, they will make sure that they try all means and ways to get back into the match. Kolasinac has been one of the vital players evoking this fighting spirit on the pitch.
It has been amazing to see how much the 25-year-old has transformed into his new role as a wing-back. Last season, he only managed four assists in 27 Premier League games, a far cry from his current contribution for the Gunners. Hopefully, Emery will not make a hasty decision in the transfer window.
