Barcelona will be playing without Andres Iniesta for the first time in 16 years, the legendary midfielder has departed the club. On the other hand, the club has signed several quality players this summer to fill the void.

Though it is not easy to replace a splendid player like Iniesta, newly signed midfielders like Arthur and Arturo Vidal are certainly capable of dominating the Barcelona midfield.

So far Barcelona has landed four new players, and they are aiming to sign a few more quality footballers before the Spanish transfer window closes. They signed Brazilian midfielder Arthur Melo from Gremio, and the 22 year old looks promising enough to take the place of Iniesta.

Barcelona has so far signed Arturo Vidal, Arthur Melo, Clement Lenglet and Malcom. The new signings have boosted Barca's already star studded roster, this makes the Spanish side favourites to secure a treble.
