#2 Goal scoring machine
Continuing from my previous point, Higuain is a goal-scoring machine. Pipita has scored 76 goals in the last 3 seasons. Now that's something the club lacked last season, and thus eventually lost out on a Champions League spot.
If Chelsea want to avoid that situation again, they need a striker who can score goals and tons of them at that. Morata started off well, but then his injury forced him to hold back. Even after that, he went down habitually in the box more often than not.
Higuain on the other hand has the physical build to fight off centre-backs and score. After all, that is what you expect from a forward. EPL demands physicality and Higuain certainly has the body for it.
