#2 Perfect time to step in and make a weakened Real Madrid his own
Which brings us the situation at Real Madrid. Cristiano Ronaldo has just left, leaving behind a black-hole-from-Interstellar-sized chasm in the team. Gareth Bale has been touted to take over as the team's talisman but it makes you wonder if he can even come close to shouldering the consistent goalscoring responsibility that Ronaldo did.
Hazard's arrival, on the other hand, will let Bale do what he does best - storm the wing, while Hazard will also do the bulk of the scoring - as he has done so far this season.
The spotlight at Real Madrid is up for the taking and despite all eyes currently resting on Bale, now would be a great time for Hazard to step in and make it his own.
