#1 Forwards have an off day
There was nothing City forwards could do right vs Wolverhampton. Thie defenders were on their toes all the time and barring a couple of chances, there was nothing in the game for them.
Aguero was man-marked by Coady all the time and he got just a handful of chances. Two of his best efforts came off the post, with one of them coming in the injury time.
Raheem Sterling also had his best effort come off the bar as Rui Patricio pushed his shot from 25 yards out onto the bar. Bernardo Silva was all but missing in the game and was taken off for Gabriel Jesus in the 2nd half.
The Brazilian was unable to help as well and was nowhere close to his best. Overall, it was a woeful performance by the City forwards but the credit for it has to be given to the Wolverhampton defenders.
