Like I stated earlier, sacking Jose Mourinho during this part of the season wouldn't be the right call. Even if they do sack Mourinho, the next question will be who will they replace him with?
Sacking him will worsen their position, putting them behind their rivals as they will have to search for a new manager. This is a bad thing because it will stall their season and for a club like United, they really can't afford to be finishing outside the top 4.
The sacking of Mourinho will also outline a dangerous precedent for future United managers given that he will be the 3rd manager sacked since Sir Alex Ferguson left.
