The 3 biggest European clubs of recent times, Real Madrid, Barcelona and Bayern Munich, are all going through a rough patch this season. Real and Bayern are struggling domestically, as both of them are outside the top 4 in the league table at the moment. Both of them have qualified for the next round in the Champions League, but might not advance to the latter stages of the tournament.

Barcelona are in a better position as they have comfortably won their group, but they also have their share of injury problems as both Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez have missed some matches this season. If last year’s finalists Liverpool also fail to qualify from their group, it would mean that yet another obstacle has been removed from PSG’s path to glory.
This would definitely bolster PSG’s chances of winning the ultimate prize in club football. There are strong sides like Juventus and Manchester City in the fray, but they are not unbeatable and Tuchel would also take heart from the fact that City have never won a Champions League.

Subhadeep lives and breathes tennis. He watches matches regularly and engages in social media platforms to stay on top of the latest happenings. As a writer, he brings the fan's perspective to his pieces, ensuring his readers enjoy an exceptional experience every time.
Growing up, he idolized Boris Becker, but he now firmly believes Novak Djokovic stands alone as the 'Greatest of all Time', especially considering the 24-time Grand Slam champion's incredible stats. When not working for Sportskeeda, Subhadeep delves into the other "love of his life": football, and enjoys contributing his insights to different websites dedicated to the sport.
