#3 Islam Slimani (Leicester City, Algeria)
A deal to sign Islam Slimani may be somewhat complicated because of his existing contract with Monaco but the Leicester City striker would be an interesting solution to Tottenham Hotspur's current attacking woes.
The 31-year-old is currently serving a season-long loan at Monaco but Spurs could figure out a way to take over the French outfit's loan for the remainder of the campaign so that the player can serve their short-term interests and cover for the injured Harry Kane. If the north London giants wish to get past the loan dilemma, a bid to outrightly purchase the striker from the Foxes could be made to increase their attacking depth.
Slimani appears to have commanded a turnaround of fortunes this season as he transformed himself from a flop at King Power Stadium with multiple loan moves to a surprising poacher and creator for AS Monaco. The former Sporting man has netted seven goals and provided seven assists in just 13 Ligue 1 appearances for the Red and Whites this season and is unlikely to slow down anytime soon.
His exploits have also attracted the attention of Manchester United as they continue their search for a striker to cover for Marcus Rashford, who has been ruled out of action due to a long-term injury.
