Real Madrid is a club that has got quality in every position. As a result, they have players who don't get enough playing time to have an impact on the game. Many players like Isco, Keylor Navas and Kiko Casilla have not been able to get much playing time this season.

It was the same reason why Mateo Kovacic left Real Madrid for Chelsea on loan. Isco has not been able to cement his place in the starting lineup at Madrid despite showing great potential in the starting of the season. Since Santiago Solari has taken over, he hardly featured in their games

Keylor Navas and Kiko Casilla are also lacking playing time with Real Madrid. Since Thibaut Courtois joined Madrid this summer, they have been on the bench for most parts. Keylor Navas was a major reason for all the success they had in UEFA Champions League. So one can understand the frustration level of Navas when he watches the game from the bench.

These players who want to leave and are unhappy should be sold in the January transfer window so that Madrid can possibly have the full squad motivated to win something this season.
