Tottenham have been laying the groundwork for a deal for French midfielder, Kondogbia. But the transfer fees in question is another story altogether. Valencia have demanded a fee in the region of £70 million for the 25-year-old.

Many fans believe that the midfielder is not worth that huge asking price and that the club should look elsewhere. But Tottenham remain keen on the midfielder and it is believed that Pochettino has personally requested Levy that the transfer is completed successfully.

It is not hard to see why the midfielder is worth so much and why Pochettino still thinks that Tottenham should pursue a deal for Kondogbia as he was extremely good in the games against Madrid and Barcelona, and kept the likes of Isco and Asensio quiet throughout the entire game.
