3. Ruben Loftus-Cheek
At just 22, Ruben Loftus-Cheek is the youngest midfielder in the Chelsea squad this season. And he is pure, raw talent.
Loftus-Cheek was part of the England squad that traveled to Russia, and having got a fair amount of game time last season on loan at Crystal Palace, the young Englishman wants to go one step further after a productive loan spell.
Loftus-Cheek is believed to have turned down another loan at Selhurst Park, much to Roy Hodgson's disappointment; he wants to stay at Chelsea and fight for a place. He showed glimpses of his powerful skills last season and Sarri believes his decision to stay put will only give him a positive headache.
With great balance, dribbling ability, physique and significant height, Loftus-Cheek has all the qualities to shine under the new Chelsea boss, who deploys an attacking style of play known as Sarri-ball.
