#3 Paris Saint Germain
When it comes to splashing the cash on big-budget players, PSG would certainly have a higher rank. The Paris-based club already has a star-studded squad with Neymar Jr and French sensation Mbappe leading the line.
They have been performing so dominantly in the domestic leagues, but have failed to replicate the same in the UEFA Champions League. Their current midfielders, Marco Verratti and Adrien Rabiot, are undoubtedly top-class midfielder, but both have been linked with a move away from Paris this summer.
However, PSG could balance the books and steady their ship by signing Paul Pogba, who has both experience and talent on his CV.
Many football fans across the globe consider Paul Pogba as the best midfielder of this generation.
At PSG, he could reach his peak, given they have a lethal attacking trio - Neymar, Mbappe and Cavani - to capitalise from half-chances. Pogba's versatility and physicality would only be a icing on the cake for Paris Saint Germain, who are aiming to win the UEFA Champions League under their newly appointed manager Thomas Tuchel.
He'd also have to act as a shielding to the defence like he did along with Kante for France in the World Cup. Like Verratti and Rabiot, Pogba is also dominant in the air and would enable PSG to win the aerial battles.
