The Belgian player has been linked with a move to Real Madrid for the better part of the year. The FIFA World Cup Golden Glove winner has stated that he will sit down and have a talk with Chelsea about his future at the club.

After the World Cup he said that "I will be coming back, for sure, and I will see what they want [to do] and how they say it. Obviously with this World Cup, I think what was on the table obviously is different than what I can have, maybe. In this World Cup I have ignored all the speculation, all the rumours. But now, in the next few days, I will have a chat with my agent and see what Chelsea told him, and then we will talk.”

According to Marca, Real Madrid is preparing €35 million for Thibaut Courtois. Reports claim that the deal is almost done with the shot stopper demanding a five year contract worth €11 million per season. If this deal does go through, Los Blancos will have the best players in all regions of the pitch.
