Santiago Solari lacks the adequate experience to manage the club
Julen Lopetegui was the man who replaced Zinedine Zidane as Real Madrid's coach during the previous summer but the manager's failure to return the team to top shape cost him his job and he was replaced by his former assistant manager Santiago Solari, who is now in charge of affairs at the Bernabeu.

Just one month into his role as Real Madrid manager and it has become evident that the Argentine is struggling with the pressure in the Spanish capital. Although Solari has been putting in a great effort, it is pretty clear that he lacks the experience to manage such a big club at this stage of his managerial career, especially during these difficult moments, while the ego in the dressing room hasn't made things any easier.
The team lacks a precise style of play right now and their performances have followed the same profile. If things continue this way, Real Madrid should surely forget about winning any titles during the campaign.
