#3 Most goals against a single opposition in Champions League
By scoring twice against Juventus on Tuesday night, Ronaldo became one of just two players in the history of the Champions League to have scored the most goals against a single opposition in the competition.
The 33-year-old took his tally against Juventus to nine after his impressive double. It is a record he shares with eternal rival Lionel Messi, who has equally netted nine times against Arsenal.
Intriguingly, Ronaldo also matched his own record in the process, as the Portuguese forward already has nine goals against Bayern Munich in the Champions League.
The former Manchester United star appears to love playing against Juventus in Europe, having also netted in all five of his previous meetings against Allegri’s side.
