3) Paco Alcacer to Borussia Dortmund
Dortmund have bolstered their squad this summer, but they still lack a goalscorer especially after the sale of Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang to Arsenal and Ousmane Dembele to Barcelona. The German club generated quite a fee from these two sales, but still have to find a replacement for them.
Michy Batshuayi joined them in January after Aubamenyang left for Arsenal but Chelsea refused to sell the Belgian striker and he has now joined Valencia on a season-long loan. So now, the club are looking for other options to fill the place.
Last week, they were pondering for a move for Liverpool's Divock Origi but the Jurgen Klopp made it clear that he would not entertain a loan move, and is instead looking for a permanent sale. With no agreement reached between the clubs, Dortmund have turned their attention to Barcelona's Paco Alcacer.
Reports suggest that the Black and Yellows are willing to give the 24-year-old a chance to rejuvenate his career. With Luis Suarez, Dembele and Messi in the squad, Alcacer has been found life difficult at the Camp Nou.
It is believed that Dortmund will pay £2.2m for the loan and will have an option of making the deal permanent for £20-25m at the end of the season.
