Lookman would like to move to Germany

Lookman had a good loan spell at Leipzig during the second half of the season and now wants to move on a permanent basis to get regular playing time. The winger impressed the club, the manager, and the fans and the 20-year-old wants to move to Germany before the transfer window closes.

However, Everton manager Marco Silva also wants to keep the player and with Richarlison picking up a red card in the last game, things got a little more complicated with Silva counting on the winger to step up to the occasion.

The German club have had an offer of £22m turned down but came back quickly with another offer of £25m plus bonuses.

Leipzig manager, Ralf Rangnick also said earlier in the summer: "We want him back and he wants to come."

This deal is surely going to go down the wire and it will be interesting to see if Everton really want to keep a player who has his mind set to play for another club.
