#3 Romelu Lukaku (Chelsea)
The Premier League is filled with world-class strikers right now and Romelu Lukaku is certainly one of them. The Belgian striker is well accustomed to the needs of the league and has returned to Chelsea this summer.
One of Lukaku's strengths lies in using his strong physique to hold the ball and beat players aerially. Throughout his Premier League career, he has been a constant threat in the air, which is why he's often the target man in the box for his team's wide players.
The former Manchester United striker is a goal-scoring machine and having him back in the Premier League does make it more interesting. Lukaku has scored 23 goals through headers in the league so far and with the way Chelsea are set up this season, he's likely to score more.
#2 Harry Kane (Tottenham Hotspur)
Things aren't quite going Harry Kane's way in the 2021-22 season. First, his move to Manchester City failed to materialize because of Tottenham Hotspur chairman Daniel Levy's adamant stance. And then, with the struggle to score this season, it has been a difficult season for England's captain.
Kane is arguably one of the best strikers in the Premier League. Having scored 167 league goals in 253 appearances, the Englishman has been phenomenal in front of goal. His composure and clinical finishes have been a delight to watch.
Out of his 167 Premier League goals, he has scored 26 goals from headers. His positioning and superb instincts have been a key factor in him converting aerial chances.
#1 Christian Benteke (Crystal Palace)
Christian Benteke was touted as one of the most efficient strikers when he moved to Aston Villa from Genk. His tall structure combined with his strength helped him have a formidable presence in attack.
Some impressive performances at Villa helped him earn a move to Liverpool in 2015 but unfortunately it didn't work out well for him. Benteke then joined Crystal Palace the following season and has been with them ever since.
Despite struggling with consistency, the Belgian forward has been aerially very lethal. He has scored 33 goals through headers in the Premier League and is an efficient outlet during set-pieces. He has now scored the second-most league goals through a header, seven short of Peter Crouch's all-time record.
