Pablo Zabaleta
Signed from Espanyol in 2008, Pablo Zabaleta had a very successful nine-year stay at Manchester City. Two-time premier league winner with the Citizens, Zabaleta was a dependable defender, mostly being played on the right side of back-line. His hard-tackling style of play, leadership skills and knack for scoring important goals made him a fan favourite in Manchester.
Described as a "legend" by Pep Guardiola for his contributions to Manchester club and its overall success, finally left the club on a free transfer at the end of 2016-17 season to join West Ham. In total, he made 332 appearances for City scoring 11 goals. Zabaleta also helped West Ham avoid relegation and finish 13th in his first season at hammers.
