Chelsea’s poster boy Mason Mount has fired on all cylinders in the Premier League this season. He has been great with the ball at his feet, energetic without it, and has rarely missed an opportunity to make a tangible impact for his team.
Starting as an attacking midfielder, Mount loves to roam around, sniffing out opportunities. Mount has combined exceptionally well with his team-mates in the Premier League and has not been afraid to go for the jugular.
The explosive Chelsea graduate has featured in 15 Premier League games for the Blues, scoring seven goals and providing four assists. His best performance of the season came in the 7-0 rout of Norwich in gameweek 9. The England international scored a fantastic hat-trick to lead his side to an emphatic win.
#1 Bernardo Silva - Manchester City
Having endured a rough start to the Premier League campaign, Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City struggled to climb to the top. However, with every passing week, the Premier League champions got their old mojo back, and have successfully conquered the peak once again.
Of course, singling out one particular player is difficult in a team like Manchester City. However, if we had to name our champion, we would gladly go with Bernardo Silva.
The three-time Premier League winner has been in sensational form this season, leading the class by example.
Silva has been at the heart of every brilliant Manchester City move in the Premier League this season and we believe the trend will continue.
The Portugal international has also popped up with goal involvements regularly, registering seven goals and an assist in 17 Premier League appearances.
