#2 Pep Guardiola
Pep, a great player and a part of Johan Cruyff's "Dream Team", started his managerial career with Barcelona B and later succeeded Frank Rijkaard as the club's first team manager. In his first season with Barcelona, he won a treble and became the youngest manager to win the Champions League.
Guardiola is one of the most successful managers in the world and is considered by many to be one among the greatest managers of all time. During his first four seasons, he won 14 trophies and is considered to be tactically flawless.
After just 9 years of managing, the Spaniard has won 21 trophies with Barcelona and Bayern Munich, namely La Liga, Copa Del Rey, Bundesliga and the FIFA Club World Cup, but has failed to win any trophy with Manchester City so far. The Tactical One has a win percentage of 71.7% which is absolutely stunning.
Guardiola had a disappointing first season with Manchester City and it was his first trophy less season. But we can surely expect him to lead Manchester City to glory this season considering the start they have had.
