Domenico Berardi has been an underrated winger in Serie A and maybe it has something to do with him playing for Sassuolo. It is surprising how the Italian has still not got an upgrade and got to play for a bigger club.
With 10 goals and 7 assists already this season for Domenico Berardi, he is the second-highest goal-contributor in Serie A right now. His attacking instincts have helped him be a consistent player in Serie A over the past few years.
He has made 123 progressive passes in the 2021-22 season so far, the second-most in that regard. With his form and capabilities, Domenico Berardi is rated 7.44 and certainly deserves to play in the Champions League.
#1 Hakan Calhanoglu (Inter Milan) - 7.48
Hakan Calhanoglu joined Inter Milan in the 2021-22 campaign and has been in terrific form ever since. Under the management of Simone Inzaghi, the Turkish midfielder has been one of the finest playmakers in the league.
With 47 key passes this season, Hakan Calhanoglu has made the second-highest number of key passes in Serie A. His technique and vision has helped him be quite productive in front of goal. He has scored six goals this season and made seven assists, the highest number of assists in the league so far.
With a contribution rate of 1.02, the Turkishman has been involved in a goal in every league match so far. With a rating of 7.48, he is currently the best player in Serie A and a key one for Inter Milan in their ambition to successfully defend their title.
