#3 Marseille vs PSG (France)
Le Classique is arguably the biggest derby in French football. Marseille will play Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) on Sunday as the two juggernauts of Ligue 1 get ready to lock horns this Sunday.
The glamour of the derby has declined in recent years due to PSG's domestic dominance. However, Marseille have looked good this season under Jorge Sampaoli. They are currently third in Ligue 1, ten points behind league leaders PSG.
PSG will start the game as the favourites. Le Classique is renowned for its fiery nature, with fans of both clubs often clashing. Even players of both teams have locked horns, with the most recent instance being that of Neymar with Marseille centre-back Alvaro Gonzalez.
#2 Barcelona vs Real Madrid (Spain)
El Clasico is back, but without Cristiano Ronaldo or Lionel Messi. Camp Nou is getting ready for one of the biggest derbies in world football, which will take place this Sunday.
El Clasico has not been the same since Ronaldo's departure from Real Madrid in 2018. Messi's exit from Barcelona this summer further dilutes its attraction. However, there is no denying that two of the biggest clubs in world football will still attract considerable attention when they play against each other.
While there will be no Ronaldo or Messi, world-class players will still grace the field. Real Madrid superstar Karim Benzema is among the favourites to win this year's Ballon d'Or award. Barcelona have been in decline for a while, but they have some truly exciting young talents.
Real Madrid are currently second in La Liga, while Barcelona are a distant seventh. However, only two points separate the two sides.
#1 Manchester United - Liverpool (England)
Regarded by many as the biggest game in English football, Manchester United will host Liverpool on Sunday in the Premier League.
The derby is steeped in history. It is considered to be the biggest rivalry in the English game. Manchester United and Liverpool are the most successful English teams in the history of the sport, which has further fuelled the derby. At the moment, Liverpool will be regarded as the favourites to win this game.
Despite boasting Cristiano Ronaldo, Bruno Fernandes, Paul Pogba and Jadon Sancho, among other superstars, Manchester United have not impressed this season. Liverpool, meanwhile, have Mohamed Salah, arguably the best player in the world right now.
Manchester United are currently sixth in the league table, four points behind second-placed Liverpool, who are unbeaten this season.
