The 21 year-old midfielder is highly-rated by Chelsea and has a bright future ahead of him. He is currently on loan at Scottish Premier League giants Celtic and spent last season on loan at Real Betis.
He made 24 appearances for them in the La Liga and adapted well to their style of play. He now plays for Celtic under Brendan Rodgers and looks set to get his hands on the Scottish title.
He is quick, has flair and also has the ability to succeed at Chelsea. He has the potential to develop into a top player in the Premier League and would offer the Blues a different dimension in their attack, over the coming years. He is certainly a player to keep an eye on over the next couple of seasons.
