#5 Chelsea

Many fans have doubted that Chelsea will go for Jadon Sancho now that they have Christian Pulisic, but with Callum Hudson-Odoi likely to head to Bayern in the summer for a whopping fee, there will be a gap to plug on that flank.
Chelsea have lacked the speedy, agile attacking players that have won them so many points in the past, and with Eden Hazard being pushed to a more central role, the wings are under-utilised.
Jadon Sancho on the left wing and Willian out on the right would be a frightening sight for defenders. Sancho is really the player that Chelsea should have signed instead of Pulisic, but who says that they can't go for both? They certainly have enough money to add Sancho to the squad, especially if Hudson-Odoi is sold for the right price.
Moreover, if Chelsea really wanted Sancho, they could offer up Hudson-Odoi in a swap deal; Dortmund would be mad to turn it down.
