After all the transfer market frenzy PSG created in the 2017 transfer window, they have been relatively quiet this summer. Only Gianluigi Buffon arrived from Juventus on a free transfer. Also, they have paid €135 million to Monaco for Kylian Mbappe and made his loan move a permanent one. Apart from these two, they have not made any other signings this summer.

On the other hand, quite a few players departed the club. Thiago Motta retired, Javier Pastore left for Roma, and Yuri Berchiche left for Athletic Bilbao. All in all, the French giants were really cautious in the current transfer window so far. With few weeks remaining, this could change all of a sudden.
